Organizational Development Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to lead organizational development and drive strategic initiatives.
The Role- Develop and implement leadership capability-building programs across client groups.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Development teams to drive talent strategies.
- Support newly appointed senior leaders in embedding organizational culture and EVP.
- Lead complex ER matters and organizational change projects.
- Drive Organizational Development, including TOM design, restructuring, and succession planning.
- Champion a self-service culture across the business.
- Lead strategic HR interventions to drive performance, growth, and continuous improvement in HR services.
- Act as a trusted advisor, constructively challenging and influencing stakeholders.
- Shape workforce planning and organizational effectiveness using data and insight.
- Strong HR Business Partnering experience in both blue-chip and mid-sized organizations.
- Proven ability to partner with Director/C-level stakeholders.
- Broad experience across ER, OD/Change, Talent Engagement, and Leadership Development.
- Skilled in using people analytics to influence decision-making.
- A high-energy, personable, and resilient style able to build rapport quickly, influence demanding leaders, and thrive in an evolving environment.
