Job Title: Technical Lead for Enterprise Customer Success

You are a key player in driving customer success and product excellence as our Technical Lead for Enterprise Customer Success. This role requires strategic thinking, data analysis, and effective communication to deliver business impact.

As the trusted partner to Product & Engineering teams, you scale our business by making customers more successful. You dive deep into support data to identify opportunities for improvement, advocate for meaningful changes, and lead complex projects independently.

About the Role:

  • Influence product development decisions using customer insights and data-driven recommendations
  • Lead complex projects that drive customer success and business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product usability and customer experience
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention

What We Are Looking For:

  • 10+ years of experience in software development or customer support as a senior analyst
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools
  • Data modeling, warehousing, and ETL pipeline design expertise
  • Proven track record of influencing product development decisions using data-driven insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
