Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Success Lead to drive customer success and growth across our enterprise accounts.

About the Role

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and deliver solutions to address customer needs through discovery meetings and requirement gathering.
  • Craft pre-sales assets and drive customer references to support sales efforts.
  • Analyse customer feedback and insights to inform product development and service improvement initiatives.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant engagement management experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Excellent consultative, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Business development & sales experience in a customer success environment.
  • A strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
