We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Success Lead to drive customer success and growth across our enterprise accounts.
About the Role
- Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and deliver solutions to address customer needs through discovery meetings and requirement gathering.
- Craft pre-sales assets and drive customer references to support sales efforts.
- Analyse customer feedback and insights to inform product development and service improvement initiatives.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Relevant engagement management experience in a SaaS environment.
- Excellent consultative, communication, and presentation skills.
- Business development & sales experience in a customer success environment.
- A strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
