About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Finance Director to lead our ERP Solutions team in delivering innovative and effective finance transformation projects to our clients. As a trusted advisor to our clients, you will work closely with them to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of finance transformation projects, utilizing cloud technology and Oracle Fusion
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities to deepen those relationships and grow the business
  • Provide advisory and thought leadership to clients, sharing insights and expertise to drive business value and transformation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and services to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our services
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in Corporate/Finance roles, with strong finance functional knowledge
  • 5+ years of experience working in professional services or consulting, with a proven ability to provide advisory/thought leadership and share insights with clients
  • Experience in leading digital finance transformations, utilizing cloud technology and Oracle Fusion
  • A solid track record of building strong client relationships, as well as identifying opportunities to deepen those relationships and grow the business
  • Experience in Enterprise Performance Management, including planning, budgeting, and forecasting, management information and reporting, profitability and cost management, and performance data and analytics
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills, with a high level of comfort with quantitative analysis and managerial accounting
  • Experience in cloud ERP transformation projects, with a focus on finance
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence key stakeholders
  • Experience in the use of Design Thinking and Lean Six Sigma methodology, tools, and templates
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and ability to work collaboratively
  • Experience with leading cloud ERP/finance technology, Oracle Cloud Financials
