Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in managing field service business, including P&L
  • Track record of driving business growth and revenue targets through service strategy and execution
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • 7+ years of service business management and/or commercial service management experience
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in a global and matrix organization with a decentralized model (preferred)
