About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our fast-growing independent Agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Senior Director, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Provide exceptional client service, manage client communications, and maintain accurate records.
  • Office and Team Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including facilities, technology, recruitment, onboarding, and support.
  • Training and Development: Source and schedule training for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Brand Management: Ensure that our client experience and marketplace interactions are of the highest standard.
  • Communication: Serve as the conduit of information between staff and departments.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager.
  • Ideal candidate will have Real Estate experience or have traded property, ensuring they are conversant with processes and transaction requirements.
  • High energy, capacity to operate at a high level, and a positive, proactive nature.
  • Easy commute to the Upper North Shore.
