HR Generalist Opportunity

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive and implement initiatives to support the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Contribute to all aspects of the employee lifecycle, positively influencing career development and succession strategies, employee engagement, workplace culture, industrial relations consulting, advocacy and advice, organisation-wide change management initiatives, and injury management.

The ideal candidate will be a driven HR professional with tertiary qualifications in Human Resources (or a related field) and a minimum of five years of proven generalist HR experience. Expertise in learning and development and industrial relations is highly desirable.
