Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced marketer who can design and execute lifecycle journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and AMPScript.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating email and SMS campaigns that drive engagement, applying data-driven insights and A/B testing to optimise performance, collaborating with Brand, Content, Product, and Distribution teams, and using AI tools to accelerate builds and troubleshoot efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 3+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation

- Strong HTML/CSS skills for responsive email templates
- Experience in enterprise-scale campaigns
- Collaborative, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset
