Job Description

We're seeking a skilled professional to lead our personalisation initiative, ensuring relevant communications across digital touchpoints.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing large-scale projects, with a passion for delivering customer-centric solutions.

This role involves developing and implementing an integrated personalisation strategy, working closely with the Insights & Analytics team to identify customer-focused opportunities.

Presentation of data-driven findings to senior management is also a key aspect of this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and management of an integrated personalisation initiative.
  • Develop plans to test new functionality and identify opportunities to leverage capabilities.
  • Identify and document opportunities, including business cases and execution plans.
  • Work with the Insights & Analytics team to continually identify customer-focused opportunities.
  • Presentation of data-driven findings clearly and concisely to senior management.
