Design Seamless, Data-Driven Experiences

We support over 2.4 million members in making the most of their finances. As a Customised Experience Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in crafting intuitive and relevant experiences that engage with our members across every digital platform.

You will be at the heart of our experience strategy—scoping, designing, executing, and optimising online journeys that enhance engagement, drive growth, and boost retention. You'll collaborate closely with channel owners to bring tailored experiences to life using tools like Optimizely, Adobe Target, and Sitecore Personalise.

You will oversee the development and implementation of our experience experimentation programme—testing, learning, and optimising to make every interaction count.

You will also analyse the impact of your work, provide actionable insights, and help shape the roadmap that keeps us at the forefront of customer-centric marketing.

This is a permanent opportunity based in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne.

About You

You should possess excellent communication skills and be able to quickly identify problems and develop innovative solutions. It's likely you have:

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, Digital—or equivalent experience
  • Experience in marketing or content roles and knowledge of how to personalise at scale
  • Designed, executed, and optimised custom journeys across multiple channels
  • Confidence using tools like Optimizely, Adobe Target, or Sitecore Personalise
  • Knowledge of how to use data and insights to shape targeted online experiences
  • Analytical skills and ability to make smart recommendations
  • A strong collaborative approach and ability to work well across teams
