Customer Experience Specialist

You'll be the friendly first point of contact across phone, email and chat - answering questions, resolving issues and keeping customers coming back. You'll also support the Customer Experience Team Leader with ideas, insights and process improvements that make the service even better.

- Deliver high-quality, personalised service across multiple channels
- Resolve and escalate customer issues quickly and effectively
- Keep customer and order records accurate and up to date
- Collaborate with other departments to find solutions and improve processes
