Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing the customer service and experience program, maximising property presentation and the engagement and satisfaction of occupants.
The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in a related field, excellent communication skills, and the ability to empathise with customer needs. You will be part of a collaborative environment working closely with management, service providers, and partners to create a seamless and unified customer experience.
About the Role- Manage and coordinate the property's customer service program
- Foster and develop a unique 'one team' relationship between management, service providers and partners to create a seamless and unified customer experience
- Drive participation in healthy living activities and utilisation of end of trip facilities
- Administration of concierge and cleaning/maintenance services
- Plan and implement environmental initiatives and conduct sustainability reporting
- Assist in formulation and management of annual budget
