Guest Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to provide exceptional service experience for our guests. As one of the first points of contact, this role is responsible for delivering warm welcomes and memorable experiences through friendly, courteous and efficient interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high level customer service to all guests
  • Recognise and welcome regular guests
  • Offer personalised services and experiences to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Perform accurate and efficient check-in and check-out processes
  • Update and maintain accurate guest details
  • Assist with reservation inquiries and ensure seamless communication between departments
  • Maintain good working relationships with colleagues across all areas

This role requires flexibility to work morning, evening shifts and weekends. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Front Office or Guest Services role
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • High level of creativity and artistry with local knowledge
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, nights and public holidays
