The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Concierge Operations Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional banquet services and customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping an efficient workplace and delivering top-tier coordination, planning, and execution of workplace meetings and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences.
  • Help shape an efficient workplace and superior user experience for all.
  • Ensure top-tier coordination, planning, and delivery of workplace meetings and events.
  • Optimize workplace functionality by ensuring meeting rooms are reset, stocked, and resolve any equipment and AV issues.
  • Ensure all relevant mailboxes are monitored and managed.
  • Serve as a mentor and coach, managing team performance, rostering, and scheduling.
  • Act as an escalation point for client stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years' experience in Concierge work, Hospitality, Workforce Operations, Events, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong experience in hospitality (food & beverage or banquet).
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and influencing stakeholder relationships.
  • MS Office suite proficiency required.
  • Willing to complete background/probity check (National Police Check, ASIC – financial services).
  • Sound time management skills, self-motivated, organized, and have the ability to work unsupervised.
