Requirements:

  • 5-7 years' experience in Concierge work, Hospitality, Workforce Operations, Events, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong experience in hospitality, with a focus on food and beverage or banquet services.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and influencing stakeholder relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and ability to work unsupervised.
  • Willingness to complete background and probity checks.
