Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team to provide exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize workplace functionality and user experience.
- Coordinate and plan workplace meetings and events, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality delivery.
- Monitor and manage meeting rooms, ensuring they are reset, stocked, and equipped with necessary resources.
- Manage team performance, rostering, and scheduling, providing coaching and mentorship as needed.
- Act as an escalation point for client stakeholders, providing exceptional service and support.

Requirements:
- 5-7 years' experience in Concierge work, Hospitality, Workforce Operations, Events, and stakeholder management.
- Strong experience in hospitality, with a focus on food and beverage or banquet services.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and influencing stakeholder relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and ability to work unsupervised.
- Willingness to complete background and probity checks.
