About the Role

The Concierge Officer will be a flexible and proactive problem solver who shows initiative and commitment to positive community outcomes by working efficiently and adapting to changing priorities.

This position requires excellent administrative and organisational skills, as well as exceptional relationship management capabilities to collaborate effectively with all levels of staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving, triaging and responding to communication and correspondence
  • Coordinating support to affected communities and individuals
  • General office management and calendar coordination

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience providing administrative support for senior staff within an organisation
  • Experience in community engagement or community development at an operational level
  • A current Australian Driver's Licence
  • Well-developed office-based computer literacy, including experience with Office 365 elements
