As we expand our Hospitality Services division, we are seeking a talented individual for the role of Precinct Head Concierge. This position will be based in a key location and will report directly to the State Operations Manager.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the delivery of concierge services across multiple prestigious properties, ensuring that our guests receive unparalleled service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team dedicated to warmly welcoming and assisting tenants and visitors.
  • Serving as the primary source of information regarding the properties and surrounding areas.
  • Enhancing the guest experience by providing tailored services that foster convenience and community.
  • Maintaining a visible presence in the lobby area to engage proactively with guests and stakeholders.
  • Representing Grupo Mantra with professionalism and excellence to clients and visitors.
  • Managing daily operations to ensure compliance with service standards and key performance indicators.
  • Identifying innovative ways to enhance the customer experience through feedback and market trends.
  • Implementing best practices and participating in training programs to support team development.
  • Embodying the core values of Grupo Mantra in all interactions and leadership efforts.

  • Proven experience in building relationships that drive positive customer outcomes.
  • A strong background in hospitality or customer service with a track record of excellence.
  • A passion for engaging with people and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a customer-facing role.
