- Ensure all relevant mailboxes are monitored and managed.
- Serve as a mentor and coach, managing team performance, rostering, and scheduling.
- Act as an escalation point for client stakeholders.

- 5-7 years' experience in Concierge work, Hospitality, Workforce Operations, Events, and stakeholder management.
- Strong experience in hospitality (food & beverage or banquet).
- Demonstrated experience in managing and influencing stakeholder relationships.
- MS Office suite proficiency required.
- Willing to complete background/probity check (National Police Check, ASIC – financial services).
- Sound time management skills, self-motivated, organized, and have the ability to work unsupervised.
