This is a key leadership role that provides strategic employee relations advice and support to principals and schools.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coach the Employee Relations team, developing their capabilities to deliver high-quality service.
  • Provide expert advice on complex employee relations matters, including enterprise agreements, legislation and workplace concerns.
  • BUILD strong relationships with schools and stakeholders, offering strategic guidance and effective consultation.
