Senior Employee Relations Specialist

As a seasoned professional in Employee Relations, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the work environment and fostering a culture of excellence. Your expertise will be instrumental in addressing high-risk issues, such as workplace investigations, conduct, ill-health, redundancies, and restructures.
The RoleThis position requires a senior specialist who can partner with business leaders to execute Talent projects, manage complex employee relations matters, and provide coaching and mentoring to junior colleagues.
You'll work on a variety of tasks, including:
- Partnering with HR Business Partners, General Counsel's office, and other Talent Centres of Excellence to drive strategic initiatives
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop sustainable solutions for individual employee matters
- Mentoring and guiding Employee Relations Advisors to enhance their skills and expertise
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Proven ability to influence business leaders and manage diverse stakeholder groups
- Demonstrated case management experience and knowledge of legislative and statutory requirements
- Up-to-date awareness of relevant employee relations amendments and emerging matters
