Employee Relations Specialist Opportunity

This 3-month contract role offers the chance to lead and contribute to sensitive and high-impact employee relations matters, including complex workplace investigations. As an Employee Relations Specialist, you'll provide strategic advice, ensure adherence to workplace policies, and assist in maintaining a fair and transparent workplace culture.

  • Lead or support workplace investigations into employee conduct, grievances, and compliance matters
  • Provide advice to senior stakeholders on misconduct management and workplace policies
  • Draft briefing notes, reports, and correspondence in line with internal frameworks
  • Contribute to the development and review of workplace conduct procedures and policies
Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess strong working knowledge of workplace legislation, conduct frameworks, and public sector standards. They must also have excellent communication, investigation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

A key aspect of this role is handling confidential and sensitive matters with discretion and sound judgment. The successful candidate will be able to navigate complex situations effectively and maintain confidentiality as required.
