Employee Relations Professional

We are seeking a skilled Employee Relations Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with experience in employee relations, mediation, and human resources.
Job Description:This role will be responsible for managing employee relations cases involving interpersonal conflict and/or allegations of HR policy violations. The successful candidate will analyze context, facts, and documentation gathered within our case management process to develop balanced recommended actions that address any misconduct and restore damaged relationships. They will also facilitate restorative conversations (mediated discussions) between employees with an emphasis on repairing relationships.
- Manage Employee Relations (ER) cases involving interpersonal conflict and/or allegations of HR policy violations.
- Analyze context, facts, and documentation gathered within our case management process to develop balanced recommended actions.

The ideal candidate will have undergraduate degree and a minimum of 7+ years of experience in employee relations, mediation, or human resources. They will also possess demonstrated case management skills to include: planning, organisation, attention to detail, and ability to deliver multiple tasks or competing priorities within a time-sensitive environment.

- Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
