Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with leaders to align people strategies with business objectives
  • Manage sensitive employee relations matters from assessment to resolution
  • Conduct investigations and provide actionable recommendations
  • Coach and support managers on performance and behaviour issues
  • Deliver leadership and people management training programs
  • Drive key HR initiatives including performance and engagement programs
Requirements:
  • Strong HR/ER experience, ideally in a partnering role
  • Solid knowledge of Australian employment laws
  • Skilled in handling complex employee relations issues and investigations
  • Confident, influential communicator at all levels
  • Relevant qualifications in HR, Law, Psychology or related field
