About Your Role

As a Business Development Representative, you will be the face of one of the world's most recognizable brands. Your relentless focus on delivery and customer experience in store will be at the heart of everything you do. You will deliver leading tools and technology to our field sales teams while investing in our people to drive your personal career development and our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bring our brands to life, making sure they are always available to consumers and providing a fantastic experience to our customers.
  • Interact with customers daily, including small independent convenience stores, licensed restaurants, bars, and clubs.
  • Plan and prioritize for success, taking solution-focused approaches to problems.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to create first-class customer relationships.
  • Show an adaptable and positive mindset to change and customer needs.
  • Be resilient in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
Requirements
  • Valid Australian Driver's License
  • Australian Working rights
  • Comfortable with doing some manual work (lifting) as required within the role.
