About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Representative to join our Retail Select Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering in-store visual merchandising services, supporting and training in-store teams, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain key customer relationships to drive sales and growth
- Order, merchandise, and stock products, including manual handling
- Maintain in-store displays and ensure products are priced and ticketed correctly
- Assist with major planogram initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement

Requirements
- Previous sales and merchandising experience in retail and hardware
- Self-motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle
