Operational Risk and Compliance Professional

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an accomplished Operational Risk Specialist to join our expanding team.
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in financial services, technology risk management and control environments, as well as internal audit and advisory engagements.
You will work closely with clients across the wealth management ecosystem, providing guidance on control readiness, remediation and reporting on robustness of controls.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing end-to-end business processes, systems, procedures and controls to meet regulatory requirements and customer obligations
- Analyzing, documenting and testing risk management frameworks, internal controls and control environments
- Anticipating and identifying current and emerging risks and raising issues with management
- Managing large project engagements from planning through final reporting
You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients and colleagues, and contributing to presentation of observations to senior management.
