Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled risk professional to join our second line risk, audit and compliance team.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and optimization of our risk management system while driving operational resilience and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Continuity and Operational Resilience: Act as the business liaison for critical operations and business continuity planning, supporting the development, maintenance, and testing of business continuity plans.
  • Risk Management Software Support: Manage and optimize the risk management software, including user access, system configuration, updates, and data quality reviews.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Support the implementation and ongoing compliance with prudential standards, including CPS 230 (Operational Risk Management), CPS 234 (Information Security).
  • Risk & Control Management: Collaborate with business stakeholders to maintain risk profiles and oversee risk and control assessments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in risk or compliance roles, ideally in a medium to large corporate environment.
  • Strong exposure to business continuity planning and operational resilience is essential.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is highly desirable.
