The Key Account Manager is responsible for the retention and profitable expansion of key accounts nationwide. This role focuses on cultivating and sustaining relationships with intermediaries, end clients, and internal stakeholders, ensuring a comprehensive approach to their insurance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of designated Workers Compensation clients, including national employer accounts across various jurisdictions.
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with assigned key clients and their respective intermediaries.
  • Ensure the retention of key accounts across Workers Compensation product lines, assisting in the renewal process as necessary.
  • Support new business initiatives in Workers Compensation to align with growth objectives.
  • Implement strategies to enhance participation in additional lines through existing key client relationships.
  • Analyze customer data to provide insights on performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in the Workers Compensation sector.
  • Demonstrated success in managing relationships with end clients and intermediaries.
  • Strong background in customer service.
  • In-depth understanding of Workers Compensation claims and profitability.
  • Proven ability to meet operational and strategic goals in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.

Additional Information:

  • Willingness to travel frequently for business purposes.
  • Participation in client and broker events is expected.
