Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth for Freshworks. You will work closely with our BDR team and outbound marketing efforts to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at our target accounts
  • Collaborate with our cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Analyze sales data to inform your sales strategy and optimize your performance
  • Develop and articulate compelling value propositions to C-Level stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in SaaS sales
  • Experience selling to VP or C-Level executives in companies with 500-5,000+ employees
  • Strong consultative sales skills and ability to construct and articulate strong business cases
  • Proven ability to manage and close complex sales cycles using solution selling techniques
