In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for nurturing and managing essential customer relationships, playing a key part in our business growth. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with major clients and expand our market reach.Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management: Develop and sustain robust relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. Sales Accountability: Take charge of critical sales metrics, analyze performance data, and pinpoint opportunities for growth. Collaborative Engagement: Partner with various teams to execute effective category strategies. Excellence in Customer Service: Maintain high service standards and proactively address any challenges. Category Oversight: Implement category plans and manage trade initiatives. Promotional Execution: Carry out promotional strategies and oversee trade budgets. Negotiation Management: Handle negotiations in line with ZURU's commercial objectives. Continuous Enhancement: Seek opportunities for operational efficiency and drive improvements in category management.Required Skills & Experience
1-3 years of experience in an account management capacity. Strong grasp of the 4P framework and execution of category strategies. Proficient negotiation and analytical capabilities. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
