\As a seasoned Retail Channel professional, we are seeking an exceptional National Account Manager to spearhead the execution of our retail channel business plan strategies and drive sales growth.
\This role will play a critical part in delivering against company targets while maintaining strong relationships with key accounts.
\Key Responsibilities:
\- Develop and implement national promotional programs that drive engagement and loyalty with key accounts.\
- Deliver against retail channel business plan promotional frequency targets, ensuring seamless execution and optimal results.\
- Communicate account promotional priorities effectively to all field teams, fostering timely and informed decision-making.\
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to maximize sales effectiveness and ROI from customer and consumer activities.\
- Ensure timely and accurate promotional forecasts, both externally with customers and internally via the demand planning process.
Requirements:
\- A minimum of 5 years of account management experience, with a proven track record of success.\
- Exceptional negotiation skills, with a focus on collaborative 'win-win' situations.\
- Strong customer relationship management skills, with the ability to build lasting partnerships.\
