This is a hybrid-based role that blends remote work with office hours in Melbourne or Sydney.

About the Position:

We are seeking a commercially-minded B2B marketer to drive demand generation. This role focuses on creating programs, campaigns, and rhythms that attract the right audience and deliver measurable impact.

  • You will execute essential marketing activities such as website management, social content creation, case studies, and events to keep the brand active and relevant in the market.
  • As the sole dedicated marketer, you'll be hands-on and outcomes-focused, working efficiently with AI, automation, and smart tools to scale effective strategies.

About You:
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, ideally in complex sales-led environments
  • Experience in small to mid-sized B2B companies, especially in consulting, tech, or services (not just SaaS or product-driven roles)
  • Strong understanding of software development, cloud, and emerging technologies to create relevant content and messaging
  • Proven hands-on skills in campaign management, content creation, social media, and CMS updates
  • Proficient with modern marketing tools, such as Campaign platforms, Email automation tools, CRM systems, Content management, Prospecting tools, Design tools, Generative AI tools
