Job Title: Strategic HR Business Partner

The role of Strategic HR Business Partner is an exciting opportunity for a driven HR professional to support meaningful work in a secure and forward-thinking environment.

About the Opportunity:
  • This is a true generalist role with a strong emphasis on recruitment, reporting into a high-performing People team, and working closely with senior stakeholders to provide expert HR support, guidance, and coaching across a broad portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top talent
  • Provide timely and strategic HR advice to managers and employees across a range of business functions to drive performance
  • Lead and support HR initiatives aligned to workforce plans and organisational priorities to achieve business objectives
  • Coach and develop leaders on employee engagement, ER/IR, and performance to drive growth and innovation
  • Diagnose people-related challenges and implement fit-for-purpose solutions to address business needs
  • Prepare and contribute to reports, business cases, and policy development to inform decision-making
  • Support HR project delivery, change initiatives, and continuous improvement to enhance the employee experience
About You:
  • 5+ years' experience in a HR Consultant or recruitment role, ideally within a complex or highly regulated environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge across the full HR generalist suite – including performance, change, IR/ER, and talent development
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to operate across multiple levels of leadership
  • A proactive, commercially-minded approach and a passion for people-focused outcomes
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to navigate complex issues
