Business Partnership Opportunity

This role is a strategic business partner that will drive HR initiatives aligned with organisational objectives. The client group encompasses approximately 900 FTE across diverse locations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Providing expert advice, coaching and support on HR matters to senior leaders and staff.
  2. Supporting executives with performance management, enterprise projects, recruitment and IR guidance.
  3. Collaborating with divisional leadership and HR teams during project scoping.
  4. Offering timely HR policy and process advice to employees and leaders.
  5. Undertaking ad hoc projects as needed.
Requirements

Proven HR experience, strong communication skills, commercial acumen, negotiation skills and the ability to work independently are essential. A tertiary qualification in HR or a related field is also necessary.

Experience in strategic and operational HR, particularly in early childhood education, is highly valued.
