You'll operate as a trusted advisor across all areas of the employee lifecycle, with a focus on, but not limited to, performance, capability, employee relations, employee experience, workforce planning, and change initiatives.

What you need to be successful in the role?Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field Minimum 3 years' experience in an equivalent HR Business Partner or generalist role Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, modern awards and HR best practices Demonstrated experience in supporting leaders through employee relations and performance matters Excellent stakeholder engagement, consultation, and communication skills A proactive, practical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Desirable: Experience in health, insurance, education or not-for-profit sectors.
