HR Coordinator Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join our business on a fixed-term contract. Based in the Brisbane CBD, this role plays a key part in delivering efficient and people-focused HR operational support within a complex, fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar HR Coordinator or HR Advisor position, ideally in a large or complex organisation. They will be responsible for supporting leaders and employees with HR advice on policies and procedures, executing HR operational activities and people initiatives across the business, and maintaining and auditing HR data to ensure integrity and alignment across systems.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting leaders and employees with HR advice on policies and procedures
  • Executing HR operational activities and people initiatives across the business
  • Maintaining and auditing HR data to ensure integrity and alignment across systems
  • Partnering with payroll to resolve discrepancies and support data accuracy
  • Collaborating with various teams to assist with resolution of complex issues
