This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership and communication skills to manage and motivate a team of front office staff. You will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and achieving operating budget targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and assist with front desk operations, including managing day-to-day activities, supervising staff, and ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
- Manage financial and administrative responsibilities, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and safety protocols.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or in a related field, such as hotel management or customer service.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
