Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Training Coordinator to join our team in a full-time capacity.

  • Provide daily support to the business unit across all training needs.
  • Action end-to-end tasks related to employee training life cycle, including management of Labour Hire Agency employee compliance.
  • Manage Training calendars, office room bookings, arrange equipment, and coordinate Trainer availability.

The ideal candidate will have previous exposure to coordinating, preparing, and delivering training. A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a Training role is preferred.



Responsibilities
  • Send out training invitations, reminders, and updates to participants.
  • Assist with the coordination of national and in-house training.
  • Maintain accurate records of training attendance, completion, and other relevant data.
  • Prepare and distribute training materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and relevant.
  • Collect training program feedback and support continuous improvement processes.
  • Identify training needs through surveys, interviews, or assessments.


Requirements
  • Availability Monday to Friday for a 38-hour week.
  • Previous experience in managing a diverse group of stakeholders and suppliers.
