About The Role

We are seeking an organised and proactive Training Experience Coordinator to support the delivery of engaging learning initiatives across our geographically dispersed workforce. Reporting to the Learning Development Advisor, you will play a vital role in coordinating logistics, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the smooth running of learning programmes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and communicate training sessions with internal and external facilitators to ensure seamless programme execution.
  • Maintain comprehensive learning records and assist with compliance tracking and reporting to drive business outcomes.
  • Liaise with employees and managers regarding development opportunities to foster growth and engagement.
  • Help produce and distribute high-quality learning materials and evaluation forms to enhance the learning experience.
  • Assist in updating and managing content on our Learning Management System (SAP SuccessFactors) to maximise user adoption.
  • Support the delivery of onboarding and induction process, including mandatory training, to ensure new hires are equipped for success.
  • Contribute to internal communications that promote learning and development opportunities to drive organisational growth.
About You
  • Previous experience in an administrative, HR, or learning support role, preferably within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office and digital learning tools to streamline workflow and improve productivity.
