Job Title

We are seeking an Inclusion Projects Coordinator to lead the development and delivery of initiatives and programmes to support student inclusion and equality.

  • Coordinate targeted programmes such as student equality initiatives and projects.
  • Act as main point of contact for students participating in equality programmes.
  • Project manage targeted programmes of work such as Elevate programme.
  • Contribute to the wider work of the student inclusion team through events, campaigns and communications activity.
Key Responsibilities
  • Educated to first degree level or equivalent professional experience.
  • Passionate about improving the experience and outcomes for underrepresented student groups.
  • Experience of project management and working with stakeholders to achieve objectives.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Strong IT skills and proficiency in using online portals for student worker jobs.

This role requires a strong understanding of widening participation and equality, diversity and inclusion as they relate to students. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational and communication skills, with the confidence to present to varying types and sizes of audience.
