Programme Manager Opportunity

This role involves leading strategic collaboration across different sectors to implement and maintain the Connect to Work programme.

The ideal candidate will embody our organisation's core values: ambitious, collaborative, compassionate, empowering, and innovative.

  • Establish and maintain partnerships with local authorities, VCSE organisations, education and training providers, health partners, and employers.
  • Ensure the programme aligns with wider local strategies by engaging in regular communication with stakeholders.
  • Act as the main point of contact for key stakeholders and provide operational and technical support as needed.
  • Lead on the integration of Connect to Work with other relevant services and programmes across Cumbria.
  • Contribute to the overall design, implementation, and evaluation of the programme.
