Job Description

The Partnership and Integration Manager will lead collaborative efforts across various sectors to ensure the Connect to Work programme is implemented and successfully maintained.

This role involves leading strategic collaborations with diverse stakeholders to achieve programme objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key partners including local authorities, VCSE organisations, education and training providers, health partners, and employers.
  • Ensure the Connect to Work programme aligns with wider local strategies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders.
  • Lead on the operational and technical integration of Connect to Work with other relevant services and programmes across Cumbria.
  • Contribute to the overall design, implementation, and evaluation of the programme.
Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively in a team environment, and have strong problem-solving abilities.
