ED Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine specialist to join our dynamic ED team in regional WA.

The successful applicant will work in a collegial, well-supported ED with a strong teaching culture, multidisciplinary collaboration, and access to telehealth and regional outreach opportunities.

The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, contribute to a positive working environment, and support the growth and development of junior staff members.

• Work in a well-equipped ED with modern facilities and technology.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including specialist doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals.
• Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes.
• Provide educational and training opportunities for junior staff members.
• Mentor and supervise junior doctors in the ED.
• Pursue professional development opportunities through regular audits, quality improvement projects, and participation in conferences and workshops.
