
Pricing Strategist

This role is responsible for leading a commercially astute team that focuses on pricing and product analysis. The Pricing & Performance Manager will work closely with senior product and sales leads to develop optimisation and mitigation strategies.
The successful candidate will have strong commercial experience in a product/pricing/finance role and possess skills in Excel and SQL. They will also have the ability to lead a high-performing team and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop multi-year pricing strategy for REA by providing thorough pricing analysis and recommendations
- Lead team in developing insightful and meaningful product analysis to identify commercial growth opportunities or highlight key financial risks
- Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Analytics teams to understand customer's businesses, consumer's needs and the marketplace
- Work closely with Commercial Finance team to understand financial implications of product and pricing decisions
- Strong commercial experience in a product/pricing/finance role
- Strong skills in Excel and SQL
- Experience in digital performance and listings models
- Ability to lead a high-performing team and build strong relationships with stakeholders
