Medical Receptionist Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Medical Receptionist to join our medical practice in Marrickville. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing phone calls, attending to patients, and handling doctors' requests efficiently.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, patience, and resilience when dealing with challenging patients. Proficiency in data entry, computer skills, and knowledge of medical terminology are essential.

This part-time or casual position offers flexible shifts, including afternoons, mornings, and shift work. Supplemental pay includes penalty rates.

Please note that this role requires reliable commutes to Marrickville, NSW 2204. A high school diploma and experience in medical administration, customer service, or telephone customer service are preferred qualifications.
