Permanency Support Manager

- Lead a team of professionals in delivering trauma-informed and therapeutic case management services
- Oversee and manage the provision of permanency services to ensure the best outcomes for children, young people, and their families
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing effective support plans tailored to individual needs
- Collaborating with stakeholders to enhance service delivery
- Providing guidance and support to staff members, ensuring a cohesive and nurturing work environment
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of child protection principles and NSW Permanency Support Program requirements
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- A minimum of five years of experience working with Children and Young People in OOHC, including experience in working with Aboriginal young people, their families, and their communities
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work or a related discipline.
