Job Opportunity:

This is a permanent full-time role for a Case Manager to join our team, providing timely and accurate claims management support on high complexity cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a range of coordinated high-quality case management services for portfolios under the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 (SRC Act) and Comcare Regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to improvements through proactively managed relationships, measured performance against expectations and contractual requirements, service standards, and best practice delivery.
  • Prepare for, and participate in, cyclical events such as audits, claims review meetings, and association meetings.
  • Participate in the broader SRC Licensee Association and Committee meetings, such as Education Days, training events, conferences, etc.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in workers compensation case management, within a self-insurance/Comcare environment desirable.
  • Developed knowledge of workers compensation legislation, with the SRC Act 1988 desirable.
  • Professional experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
  • A desire to uplift, educate, and influence team members and customers.
  • A resilient approach to your work, maintaining a positive response to challenges.
