Permanent IT Project Manager Role

Location: Sydney CBD – 5 days per week in the office

Salary: $200,000 including super

Start Date: ASAP

This is a full-time, permanent role with a well-established, diversified business investing in technology transformation. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of initiatives across AI, CRM, e-commerce, and operational technology, reporting directly to senior leadership. The role involves full ownership from concept to go-live within a lean team environment, offering autonomy and impact.

**Responsibilities:**

  1. Manage multiple projects end-to-end, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and manage change.
  3. Coordinate UAT, training, and post-implementation support.
  4. Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance.
  5. Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones.
**Requirements:**
  1. Proven success in delivering complex IT projects with minimal support teams.
  2. Formal project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).
  3. Experience with diverse technologies, including AI, CRM, e-commerce, or OT projects is highly regarded.
  4. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and engage in technical details.
  6. Relevant degree or project management certification.
