We are seeking an experienced professional to manage permanent impairment claims within set targets and KPIs.
Your Key Responsibilities- Manage permanent impairment claims, providing legal and technical support to strategically dispute and litigation in WPI claims.
- Provide coaching to Case Managers in all aspects of permanent impairment, implementing changes to WPI processes as required.
- Attend teleconferences, conciliation and court hearings as needed.
- Demonstrate effective working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Support relationships with external legal providers and clients connected to the business unit.
- Excellent understanding of NSW Workers compensation legislation and associated regulations.
- Strong communication, attention to detail and time management skills.
- Thorough understanding of iCare contract requirements and performance measures.
- Strong experience in claims management.
