We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our global mobility team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end compensation data processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across client engagements.
Your Key Responsibilities- Lead monthly data collection, processing, and reporting for global clients.
- Collaborate with international teams to deliver integrated reporting for tax, payroll, compensation, and social security compliance.
- Leverage data analytics and automation tools to streamline high-volume data workflows.
- Drive client engagement and project delivery through strategic meetings, daily communications, and onboarding.
- Support regional growth and team development by expanding services, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating with the EY network.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and data handling skills, including experience with Excel and interpreting data from multiple sources.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills for managing global stakeholders and meeting deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy when handling sensitive compensation and compliance data.
- Process improvement mindset with a willingness to innovate and use automation tools to enhance efficiency.
